the breakfast options were very good. i enjoyed the variety and quality of the food. the staff were consistently friendly and helpful . the location was perfect, with easy access to both bus and train stops, i appreciated that. half board dinners were a good end to each day after skiing.
i found the street noise quite noticeable at night because the windows seemed thin. every passing car and train disturbed my sleep , unfortunately.

the staff were multilingual and eager TO improve services. they demonstrated customer-oriented behavior and genuine interest in satisfying guests' needs , which i found commendable.

breakfast included a great choice of options to start the day. the half-board dinners featured hearty and delicious meals after my skiing activities , and the chefs accommodated dietary needs.

the hotel garden provided a spot for relaxation and morning coffee. the bar was comfortable for watching events with other guests , and the views of the aiguille du midi were amazing.

the staff was helpful enough, i guess.
the noise was awful! the thin windows meant i heard every car and train all night long. it was hard to sleep, really.

I found the hotel personnel very responsive. The short walk to the Aiguille du Midi cable car proved convenient. I appreciated the nice bar and garden. The breakfast was really great.
The hotel rooms were slightly smaller than expected, it was a very little issue.
